Career Success Expert Job Duties:
Services customers by educating them about the latest trends in the human resources industry and by establishing meaningful relationships with job seekers.
Build connections on LinkedIn, The Job Helpers website, online job boards, career fairs, and other local venues.
Service existing or potential job seekers by setting appointments with them.
Study the stages of the job seeking process and position career services accordingly.
Focuses career service efforts by studying existing and potential volume of relationships.
Help job seekers with the correct career services.
Keeps The Job Helpers team informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily activity reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual relationship analyses.
Recommends changes in processes, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by being a constant learner; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
